The Plantation Bungalow
The unit is 750 sq ft plus the large wrap around lanai, designed to fit with our Craftsmen style home (the big house), built in 1926 by HC&S for their Kahului Railroad Sugarcane Train manager William Walsh. The house has been lovingly restored, and is a one of a kind historical connection to the old plantation days. The Plantation Bungalow was built in the same style in 1992 to match the big house, with 10 ft ceilings and a large covered porch. It has insulated double wall construction making it cool and quiet.
There is a long fenced private driveway which leads to the private entrances for the Bungalow Cottage. We live in the big house so you are truly our guests.
This is a very large 1/2 acre corner lot, large mature hedges, shade trees and palms surrounding the property make it all private and secluded, while being close to all beaches and shops.
