4 Night Minimum / Add $10 per night per person over 4 people

• Check-in: 4:00PM, Check-out: 11:00AM

• Taxes of 12.42% will be added to all rentals

• Additional guests (Over 4 people) will be $10.00 per person each night.

• Cleaning Fee is $50.

• Children are welcome as well as babies who do not yet walk. We are not child proof so please call us if you want to bring toddlers or younger children.

• 50% deposit to reserve with the balance due 30 days before arrival. If the booking is more then six months in advance we will accept increments of 25%. We can accept Visa & Mastercard Only. Checks are OK.

• Cancellation fee is $100 on confirmed bookings.  No refunds if booking is cancelled at 60 days or less. We will however apply the remaining amount to another booking, minus the cancellation fee. and will refund completely if we are able to re-book.

• We give you an early or late check out or check in if we can.
